ProStride is a stall side therapy we prepare at Mission Equine to reduce joint inflammation and promote healing. By concentrating the horse’s own concentrated platelet rich plasma and anti‑inflammatory proteins from a blood sample, ProStride helps control osteoarthritis pain, decreases synovitis, and supports cartilage health—improving comfort, range of motion, and performance. We commonly use ProStride for osteoarthritic joints, postoperative joint inflammation, and chronic low‑grade synovitis, often as part of a multimodal plan that includes diagnostics, regenerative therapies, controlled rehabilitation, and farriery.
